ABOUT
Arrow is a Buizel. He is not feral. The Buizel's regular fur tuft is replaced by swishing, red-tinted long-ish hair. He is a lame person trapped in a cool person's body. CoJu told me that this is similar to what transgender people say. Arrow is so trans-coded. Even though he is not trans. Or is he? No. He is not.
He lives in a studio apartment in Cahasting, Evergreen with his pet bunny Pioneer. He found Pioneer on the street and decided to take it home after it said "wumo powew woawpway". He later made it a little top hat. He is friends with Rain, who also lives in Cahasting. He is also friends with Ball. They both have a shared interest in trains after all. But he lives in a different city (Friendship City). They only communicate via ORod and rarely meet eachother in real life. WTF is ORod?
He has an older sister, Ardenna, who is a lawyer. She sends him money when he is broke. Emel, his father, also sends him money. And pays for his tuition. And his rent. Arrow is such a leech. Well, not really. He does part time jobs in the summer. They do not pay well.
He is insecure about his poor swimming abilities, so he writes books about blood sucking parasites from the northeast US and guides to US states. What? How are these correlated? Anyways, he also has a slight fear of swimming. This is pathetic, since he is a buizel. His family goes to the beaches every summer.
Arrow likes to travel. He got his drivers license at 16 because his father insisted that he needs one to travel far in this country. To be fair, he does. After driving for a bit, Arrow realized that he has a fear of driving. He is always stressed about getting into a crash. One time he was so nervous while driving, he actually did almost get into a crash. He now avoids driving whenever he can. Ever since then, he has put overcoming his fear of driving (and swimming) on his new years resolutions.
He goes to school at DePonte University, but is currently going to North Marisarvian Community College. He doesn't go to Talles Manterra University. He decided to be an engineering major because he likes infrastructure, and he is regretting it. To cope, he regularly talks about how Earth and its inhabitants are insignificant in the grand scheme of the universe. Since he likes writing books, he probably does well on essays. WTF? He does good on essays? No. Those aren't correlated. Damn. But he likes doing them? WTF?
He listens to Weezer. He likes Pinkerton by Weezer. He also listens to Green Day. Green Day is his favorite band. But he doesn't like post-2016 Green Day. He likes Nirvana too. He also likes pop metal and glam metal. As in Bon Jovi, Aerosmith... WTF is pop metal? I have never heard of that term ever. What is glam metal? Anyways, here are his favorite albums. He also likes Radiohead. And Foo Fighters. And Oasis. And Linkin Park. He buys physical media, such as CDs, whenever he can. He despises streaming services. But I don't know how he could fit all that in his little studio apartment. You know what. He probably can. He might can. Or can he?
He is creative. As in, he is an artist - he likes to draw trains. He likes trains. He is a railfan. As of January 2024, he has a hyperfixation on Penn Central. 
He made his jacket out of a trash bag. He usually wears it. He has a worldbuilding project with Ardenna - similar to how CoMo and CoJu's worldbuilding project is sribbles. He also writes books. I think I mentioned that before. But I don't know where. Or do I?
He is bisexual, but he prefers boys, so he just says he's gay (or straight) so he doesn't have to involve himself in a conversation about the spectral nature of sexual identity. The last time he engaged in such a conversation ended in awkward silence. A lot of conversations he engages in ends in awkward silence.
He dyed the pink color on his hair, paws, and tail. He doesn't tell why he only dyed one of each. He loves the color pink.
Despite not being feral, he still says "bui", "bui bui", and, for some reason, "woof". These are usually exclaimed after sentences. He does this when he's either stressed or happy.
He gets mad when someone pronounces his last name wrong. Or his first name. But his first name is pretty easy to pronounce isn't it? No one has ever mispronounced it. Or has it?
BACKSTORY
Arrow was born in Arthur City. Shortly after, he moved to Cahasting. He is an only child. No. He is not. He has a sister. And other half-siblings.
Arrows father, Emel, was a guitarist and vocalist who played in punk rock bands in the 70s and 80s. He had children with many women, married or not. He married Arrow's mother in 1997, and this would be the longest time Emel would stay in one relationship.
Arrow grew up not knowing how to swim. He tried learning to swim for a little bit, but he hasnt swam in a while. In fact, he has a slight fear of swimming. This is pathetic, since he is a buizel.
Arrow and Rain always went to the same school, but they didn't become friends until middle school when they met eachother at the writing club meetup. This was around the time when Arrow started to enjoy writing. What? He enjoys writing? Anyways, they went to Troy Middle School in south Cahasting. Arrow was known as "Cuddlebutt" because his bullies kept calling him that. He hates this name.
In 2017, Emel and Arrow's mother divorced. Arrow's mother died from an overdose one year later. These events made Arrow megasad. Emel was also megasad, but he hid it well enough. Arrow knew that he was feeling depressed, so he regularly accompanied him. When Arrow turned 18, Emel gifted him a studio apartment. Emel will pay all the rent. Arrow was excited to move into his own home, but he was later confused about it since Emel liked his company. Arrow went to check on him and he found him doing drugs. Arrow said "yo why u doin drugs" and Emel said "Because Earth and its inhabitants have no significance to the grand sceheme of the universe." After a very emotional exchange, Arrow convinced Emel to go to rehab. Once he left rehab, they became a happy and stable family the end.
He once went to a convention held by the Arthur City Buizel Association and met Sploin Mash. He also met Terry. Arrow and Terry sometimes text eachother on ORod because of their shared interest in trains. WTF is ORod?
On July 23, 2023, Arrow watched Oppenheimer in the Hmaston Theater. He believes the movie would be better if it ended with What I've Done by Linkin Park.

HISTORY
DEVELOPMENT
2020CoJu made CoMo a buizel OC for his birthday on July 24, 2020. He was named Arrow, after the Arrow III. After that, the character design was rarely used. But Arrow was still considered one of CoMo's main characters.
Later in October 2020, CoJu would draw Arrow with Sugar and Comet. All of the characters were illustrated as their default Pokemon forms because CoMo preferred default Pokemon at the time.
2022
When CoMo and CoJu started drawing together again in summer 2022, CoMo made multiple attempts to draw Arrow. He found him difficult to draw - he always had a big snout and looked dumb. At the time, he was a normal buizel and did not have the extravagant hair (with the exception of one drawing by CoMo which actually turned out relatively fine). CoMo was really bad at drawing animals bruh. I hate to self depracate but I'm afraid it's true. Don't worry. I'm an amazing artist now. Or am I?
CoMo then stopped using Arrow as a main character.
2023On January 21, CoJu drew Arrow on an sand island(?).
Arrow was still mostly a feral character, so he was drawn feral. He was drawn with his 2020 character design and not as a normal buizel. CoMo probably started the drawing but then gave up and asked CoJu to finish it. Probably. This is how a lot of sribbles CoJu drawings are made. But I might be wrong. That was a Radiohead reference. "I Might Be Wrong" is a song from Radiohead's 2001 album Amnesiac. I like Radiohead. But I'm not submissive. Or am I?
In December 2023, Arrow was given the last name Trois, which is "three" in French. This is because he was named after the Arrow III, and it was translated to French because a lot of Cobe Joumeaux's characters last names are French or French-sounding. French French. French.
2024On January 8, 2024, CoMo revisited Green Day's 2016 album "Revolution Radio". He has not listened to this album since 2020. He suddenly had the urge to revive Arrow as a character, since Arrow was essentially stuck in 2020. To CoMo, Arrow just felt like a character who would have the same personality and tastes as him in 2020. It would later be established that Arrow listens to the same songs and albums that CoMo listened to in 2020 and 2021.
On January 9, 2024, Arrow was redesigned - he is no longer feral and he wears a jacket. He still has a wicked haircut. He became friends with Rain. He was given a pet bunny named Pioneer who wears a top hat. He was then was given the middle name "Compass" because while Cobe Joumeaux was trying to make a map of Connecticut, they drew Arrow instead. They put Arrow in the middle of a compass. It was also decided that Arrow is friends with Rain, since CoJu projects itself onto Rain and CoMo projects himself onto Arrow and CoMo and CoJu are best friends. In fact, they merged into one. CoMo and CoJu are Cobe Joumeaux.
CoMo drew Arrow having an orgasm at a strip club after CoJu told CoMo that he should draw him twerking. The drawing included Ash and Santa. And a candy cane. Very jolly. NSFW Warning. In addition to Ash, Jimmy, Cypress, and Rivers, Arrow is now a prostitute too. I am currently writing this on January 11. We will see how many more characters become prostitutes this month. What if Arrow's cum tasted like peppermint? No. It tastes like normal cum.
On January 10, 2024, his reference sheet was made and CoMo made a digital drawing of him. CoJu then asked CoMo if they should keep his middle name to be Compass. This got CoMo thinking. You know what. He will. Anyways, he was moved to the Main Characters section in the character list and was added back to the Character Profiles page. He is our first character of 2024!
On January 12, 2024, CoMo and CoJu created a character who would be his older sister. They named her Ardenna and they decided that she's a lawyer.
She was named after the Budd RDC. This is to mirror how Arrow was named after a train. You know what. I think everyone in the Trois family should be named after a train. I am smart. -CoMo, 01/12/24 at 9:36 PM

On January 13, 2024, CoMo invented his father, Emel Trois. He was named after the Bombardier MultiLevel. Emel Trois. ML III. That's the train model that's going to replace the Arrow IIIs in around 2026. This is my reaction to that information.
I decided to make him divorced and ripped the entire family apart because every main character has trauma. And also because Earth and its inhabitants have no impact on the grand scheme of the universe.
On January 17, 2024, CoMo revisited Aerosmith's 1987 album "Permanent Vacation". He has not listened to this album since 2020. Therefore, it is now one of Arrow's favorite albums.

He is currently not planned to be in any of them. But maybe that will change. He is one of the best characters Cobe Joumeaux has ever made.
