Summer, or Hazel, or as she prefers, Rocky, is a dog. Yup. A dog. A pink one. A dog with really big and puffy hair. Her natural hair color is black. Not bright pink. Rocky wears a necklace with all of her guitar picks. Maybe not all, but her favorite ones. Her most prized and lucky ones. She also has a collection of sunglasses. Her favorite one is the heart-shaped ones. She also sometimes wears earrings... the heart-shaped ones. She also likes to wear one of her multiple striped shirts, or a crop top. She also wears jeans. Sometimes, they are ripped jeans.

She lives in the eastern part of Arthur City, next to a train station. A train station that has a service to Friendship City. It is either an FCT Metro station or a JRR Regional Rail station. Or maybe near a bus stop that goes to one of these stations. Whatever. Anyways, Mike Eugleos ships around the world. But she doesn't care about that. She lives above her guitar & music store, named "ROCKY'S RECORDS & GUITARS".

She is a metalhead, and especially a maggot. She grew up listening to Slipknot and other nu-metal acts. She also likes thrash metal, like Slayer, her favorite band. Yes, metal fans on the internet are often stereotyped to be pretentious gatekeepers. But me personally I never ran into someone like that. This is because I do not interact with music communities. Anyways, Rocky is not like that. Like... Duh... She mostly only listens to big bands. Anyways, here are her favorite albums.

Of course, metal isn't the only thing that Rocky listens to. She also likes just good old hard rock, man. And Paramore.

The bands she listened to inspired her to play the guitar. She became a skilled guitarist by the time she was 20. She formed a band with Terra Oozefelt (vocalist), Big Jodie (drummer), and Six (bassist) with Forress Weshell as band manager. Cypress used to be the bassist but they barely knew how to play bass and they didn't enjoy being in the band. The band is called C.A.F. which stands for Counter Attack Force. They have been trying to record their first EP, "Pill Psycher". It is a miracle that the band was even formed in the first place, since everyone lives in Friendship City except for Rocky.

Despite not being feral, Rocky says "woof". No one knows why she does this, and despite being a dog, she licks herself like a cat. No one knows why she does this.

BACKSTORY

Rocky was borned by Caitlyn Redburn Culver, all thanks to Melvin Culver, all the way back in the ancient year of 1998. She was born in Halla-Oo Medical Center. That is a hospital in Arthur City. It is around 10-20 streets north of Reed Park. Melvin's shop, which doubles as a household, was many streets south of Reed Park. In fact, it's around six streets from the Drew River in the south. Yup. You heard that right. Right on the southern edge of the island. In the neighborhood of Bergen. At least they had easy access to Market Street, a major street in Arthur City. It was within walking distance to the north. Caitlyn and Melvin had just married a year earlier.

Rocky was known in middle school as "Balbi" since that is what her bullies called her.

On January 18, CoJu decided to make a dog character. It gave the dog the shirt CoMo was currently wearing. CoJu named it Rocky. CoMo and CoJu decided that it should be a girl since they need more girl characters. CoMo made her a metalhead, mostly because it would fit her, but also because that CoMo wanted a metalhead character. So that he can project his enjoyment of metal music onto someone. CoJu said their last name should be Clover, but CoMo misheard it as "Culver". Since Rocky sounds like a nickname, CoMo and CoJu decided to give them a real name. CoMo looked at the New Jersey Transit (NJT) rail map and CoJu misread "Hazlet" as "Hazel". Now her real name is Hazel Culver. But wait. CoJu said that "Summer" would fit her more. Now her name is Summer Hazel "Rocky" Culver. This process was also done for Rocky's mother Caitlyn. She is divorced with Melvin, the father, so she needs her own surname. Consulting the NJT rail map once again, CoJu misread Radburn as Redburn. Her name is now Caitlyn Redburn. Alright, buckos. That's it for tonite. It's 11:57 PM. Bed time, y'all.

On January 19, CoJu drew her icon and reference. Definitely her reference too. While drawing her icon, CoMo suggested that her necklace beads are guitar picks. CoJu gave her earrings while drawing her reference. Speaking about reference, CoJu didn't finish the reference. So CoMo finished it. No. He didn't really finish it. But at least it's a .png now.

On January 20, CoMo and CoJu died from a Romanian police jet crashing into the bus they were riding. I am writing this on January 19. We will see if this really happens. Alright, buckos. As I am writing this, it's almost the end of January 20. CoMo and CoJu... are alive.
